Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every camp, lesson and transfer booked with Dakhla Kitesurf. Please read them before paying your deposit.

Booking & Payment

• A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance is payable before or upon arrival.
• Bookings are confirmed once the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been sent.

Cancellation

• More than 30 days before arrival: full refund.
• 15–30 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount is retained.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund.
• No-show: no refund.

Kitesurfing & Weather

• Sessions depend on wind and weather conditions and may be changed, postponed or rescheduled for safety reasons.
• Unused lesson hours may be rescheduled during the stay, subject to availability.
• No refund is guaranteed due to unsuitable wind conditions.

Changes

• Changes to dates, participants or services are subject to availability.
• Any additional costs will be charged to the customer.

Safety

• Participants must follow the instructor's safety instructions at all times.
• The instructor may cancel or stop a session if conditions are considered unsafe.
• Participants must inform us of any relevant medical or physical limitation.

Transfers

• Flight details must be provided in advance.
• Any flight delay or change must be communicated as soon as possible.
• Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes.

Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance covering kitesurfing activities, medical expenses, cancellation and baggage.

Acceptance

Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of these Booking Terms & Conditions.
